Perhaps this question comes across as obvious. Actually it’s an invitation for the status update of what you are currently working on. Asking yourself the question “What am I doing right now?” can have a positive effect on how you can better accept and perform activities. This question is the right way to keep yourself focused on what you are currently doing.
To find out what you are currently doing, first ask yourself these questions:
1. What am I working on right now?

2. What does it involve?

3. What is the purpose of it?

4. What do I want to achieve as a result?
